Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for ordering with Empanadas London. Because we sell freshly prepared food, our returns policy works a little differently from a standard retail store — please read on for full details.


Perishable Goods

All of our empanadas are freshly made and, as perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. Once your order has been collected or delivered, we cannot offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind.


Something Wrong With Your Order?

We take great pride in our food and want every order to be exactly right. If there is a problem with your order — such as receiving the wrong items, or if your food arrives in an unsatisfactory condition — please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

Please include the following when you get in touch:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo where relevant (e.g. damaged or incorrect items)

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.


Click & Collect Orders

If you are collecting your order in person, we encourage you to check your order before leaving our premises. If anything is missing or incorrect, please let a member of staff know immediately and we will resolve it on the spot.


Local Delivery Orders

If your delivery arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate promptly. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider claims raised after this window due to the perishable nature of our products.


Our Commitment

While we cannot offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases, we are committed to making sure every customer has a great experience. Where a genuine error has been made on our part, we will do our best to make it right.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
